Technical Committee for Standardization (TC 23) was established on the basis of Gazprom OJSC in 2007. TC 23 develops national standards for the oil and gas production and processing equipment and technologies, translates and harmonizes all international standards for the Russian oil and gas sector. Cooperation of TC 23 participants is carried out on a voluntary basis.
